We file most dental claims electronically as a courtesy to our patients. You will be responsible for any deductibles, co-payments or balances not covered by your insurance at the time of your appointment. It is important that you keep us up to date on any changes to your policy. Filing insurance is not a guarantee of payment. Exact payment is not determined until the actual claim has been processed. Dental insurance is meant to be an aid in receiving dental care. Our office recommends treatment based on your child’s needs, not what insurance will cover.
Please remember we are a third party and not responsible for how your insurance company handles your claims or how benefits are assigned. We can assist in estimating the cost of your portion of treatment but cannot be responsible for keeping up to date on ever changing policies.
